From June 19th to 22nd, Monday to Thursday,  young artists will embark on an artistic adventure like no other. Guided by experienced instructors, they will delve into the captivating world of Alebrijes, whimsical paper mâché sculptures that have become synonymous with Oaxacan art. These fantastical creatures, with their bright hues and extraordinary details, capture the essence of Mexican folklore and serve as spirit guides or guardians.

During this four-day camp, children will not only create their own Alebrijes but also delve into the legends and stories that surround them. They will discover the artistic techniques and secrets passed down through generations and learn about the renowned artists who have brought these mystical creatures to life.

Imagination will soar as participants bring their Alebrijes to life, carefully crafting each detail and infusing them with their unique vision.
