Christmas Eve is quickly approaching and First United Methodist Church Coppell has several worship times from which to choose. We are offering a Traveler’s service for those who will be traveling or out of town on Christmas Eve. This service will be on December 18th at 7:00 p.m. It will have all the elements of a Christmas Eve service, but just celebrate a week earlier.

On Christmas Eve, we are offering five worship times. First, there will be an afternoon candlelight communion service at 3:00 p.m. This will be an informal service. Then at 4:30 p.m., we will have a family service with our Christmas pageant. Our church’s children will be performing the nativity.  At 7:00 p.m., our Chancel Choir will sing during our Candlelight Communion service. For a modern spin on Christmas, we will have a Modern Candlelight Communion service in the Modern Worship Center. Finally our last service of the night will be a Candlelight Communion service at 11:00 p.m. This service will conclude at midnight on Christmas morning. All our services will celebrate the miracle of Jesus’ birth bringing light in to the darkness.
