Coppell residents do not have to worry about a change in their garbage and recycling pickup schedules during the holidays.

Trash and recycled items will be collected on their regularly scheduled days throughout the entire holiday season, so be sure to place the items outside by 7 a.m. on the standard pickup day.

Also, Coppell's Residential Yard Trimmings Recycling Program will be collecting and disposing of Christmas trees for residents. All you have to do is remove the lights and decorations and place the tree on the curb on your regularly scheduled pickup day for the service. Only real trees will be picked up. (Note: Flocked trees will not be accepted and must be placed outside on the regular trash collection day.)
