Coppell's garbage and recycling schedule will not be affected by Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, but some of the city's offices will be closed in observance of the holiday.

Here is a list of the city offices that will be closed on Monday:

• All city administrative offices
• Coppell Municipal Court
• Coppell Senior Center
• Utility Bill/Tax Payments window
• Coppell Animal Services
• William T. Cozby Public Library (Though, books can be returned 24-hours a day through the outdoor drop box.)

Also on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the Wagon Wheel Tennis Center will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the Coppell Aquatics and Recreation Center will be open from 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
