Assistance League Coppell is partnering with Coppell Cares and Project Transformation to collect books for their reading programs. Coppell Cares sponsors the Reading Buddy Programs at Wilson and Town Center Elementary Schools. Project Transformation has a North Texas Chapter and is currently serving at 11 site churches, with 135 Project Transformation (PT) Corps Members providing after-school and summer programs for approximately 1,200 children and youth, grades 1-12 annually. They need children’s books and supplies, and volunteers to read one-on-one with the children especially in the summer. PT sponsors a very active reading program at Christ's Foundry, a primarily hispanic church located near the David G Burnet Elementary School in Dallas at Webb's Chapel and Walnut Hill Ln. We hope to collect enough books so each child will have a book to take home.  Book Drop off is at Allegiance Title, 301 S. Denton Tap Rd., Suite 120, Coppell.  For more information contact:  CoppellAssistanceLeague@gmail.com
