Valley Ranch is located in Irving, Texas. When most people hear Valley Ranch the first thing they think of is the Dallas Cowboys. However, the people who live in Valley Ranch think of what a wonderful community they have chosen to call home. With over 4,000 single family homes and 21 multi-family communities comprising Valley Ranch thus equaling nearly 30,000 residents and making it larger than many towns in Texas.

Within the Ranch are approximately 138 businesses and 8 neighborhood centers. The community also boasts many restaurants for the residents to enjoy. Also available for the residents are doctor and dentist offices and veterinary clinics for the pets.

Valley Ranch is a perfect community to raise children. There are two different school districts within the Ranch, Carrollton Farmers Branch and Coppell. CFB ISD has four school sites, Tom Landry Elementary, Bernice Chatman Freeman Elementary, Barbara Bush Middle School, and Ranchview High School.

Additionally, Valley Ranch has five child care facilities that provide extended learning services.

The residents of Valley Ranch choose to live here for the lifestyle. On any given day you will see many residents taking advantage of the five miles of scenic canal walkways. These lushly landscaped walkways are perfect for jogging or an afternoon stroll. Across the community are many “Share the Road” signs to remind drivers of the many cyclists in the area. There are also 4 city parks including an Aquatic Center as well as 3 association parks for the resident’s enjoyment.

Capital Consultants Management Corporation has been under contract to manage the community since 1991.
