Victory Place @ Coppell hosted a blood drive on Sept. 14th receiving 48 donations, pushing Victory Place to exceed its goal in units donated.  Victory Place is very thankful for the community, staff, and learners for making it a great success.   Even though it was a rainy day, the American Red Cross staff kept busy with a steady flow of donors. Each blood donation can help save up to three lives. In fact every two seconds someone in America needs blood, from trauma victims to cancer patients, mothers giving birth to premature babies and so many more. A high number of Victory Place learners participated in this service event.  Pictured Victory Place @ Coppell learners are Karissa Bowlby, Robert Patterson, Cailee Newberry. In the group photo, from left to right are Lucas Jackowski, Tania Maldonado Tellez, Cailee Newberry, Tatianna James, Jada Chavez, Nevaeh Hull, Lauren Holt, Robert Patterson, Andrew Moore, Hana Mann, and Karissa Bowlby. The coordinator/educator is Mrs. Andrea Cook (not pictured).
