Musik In School is proud to announce Dance Combination for Kids, a fun class that will focus on fundamentals of Ballet, Modern and Tap Dance. We have developed three seperate classes based on age groups and even one for adults!

The Ballet portion of class helps students develop proper technique and balance. Coordination and grace are highlighted students work through center combinations as well as across the floor movement. During the Modern portion of class, students will learn movement that accentuates reaching/contracting, suspension, breath/timing by using imagery, shapes, letters, animals, and more! During the Tap portion of class students will learn age-appropriate movement and music. Rhythm, self-expression, and fun will be emphasized as students learn basic tap steps.

There are three classes:

• Preschool Dance Combination (ages 3-4 years)  - 9/6/14 - 10/25/14 - 10:00am-10:45am [parents to asked to stay for this class]
• Dance Combination for Kids (ages 5-6 years) 9/6/14 - 10/25/14 - 10:45am-11:45am / (ages 7-10 years) - 9/6/14 - 10/25/14 - 11:45am-12:45pm
  
• Adult Dance Combination (ages 30- up) 10/29/14 - 12/17/14 - 7:30pm-8:45pm
  

All classes are held at the Coppell Aquatic and Recreation Center. So great opportunity for parents to put their kids into a creative performing arts and exercise activity while they get in a workout! Classes cost $140 for 8 weekly sessions.
