OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT! - DANCE COMBINATION FOR KIDS AT THE COPPELL AQUATIC AND RECREATION CENTER (Brought to you by Musik In School)!

This is a fun-filled class that focuses on the fundamentals of Ballet, Modern and Tap Dance. 

• The Ballet portion of class - helps students develop proper technique and balance. Coordination and grace are highlighted as students work through center combinations as well as across the floor movement.
• The Modern portion of class - students will learn movement that accentuates reaching/contracting, suspension, breath/timing by using imagery, shapes, letters, animals, and more!
• The Tap portion of class - focuses on age-appropriate movement and music.  Rhythm, self-expression, and fun will be emphasized as students learn basic tap steps.We have developed three separate classes based on age.

We have developed three separate classes based on age of the child:

Preschool Dance Combination: (Ages 3-4) - Saturdays from 10:00-10:40am (parents are asked to stay during class)

Dance Combination for Kids (Ages 5-6) - Saturdays from 10:45 - 11:45am         

Dance Combination for Kids (ages 7-10 years) - Saturdays from 12:00 - 1:00pm

All classes are held weekly at the Coppell Aquatic and Recreation Center. This is a great opportunity for parents to put their kids into a creative performing arts and exercise activity while they get in a workout themselves!

           **Although a session already may be in progress, we will accept students at any time.  Cost only $140 for 8 weekly sessions.
