MOBILITY Credit Union enlisted the help of staff and members at its Irving location to donate 300 items of nonperishable food and cleaning supplies worth $600 to Metrocrest Services, a nonprofit organization that provides programs to aid self-sufficiency and independence for residents in North Texas, specifically Carrolton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell, and the City of Dallas in Denton County.

Mark O’Bryan, MOBILITY CU’s president and CEO, is glad to help. "MOBILITY Credit Union believes that you have to give back to the people you serve in order to truly be a part of the community. Our members and local community are very important to us."

MOBILITY CU has actively given back to the communities it serves in DFW and Houston for 50 years by working with nonprofits such as Metrocrest Services.

The credit union is also a member of the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce, Coppell Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce.

Tracy Eubanks, CEO of Metrocrest Services, appreciates the donation. "Metrocrest Services food pantry serves well over 100 families every week who are dependent on our help. We wouldn’t be able to meet the need without the generous donations from companies, such as MOBILITY Credit Union."
