Would you love an opportunity to show off a fancy Kentucky Derby hat? Join the Coppell Women’s Club at their “Run for the Roses” Kentucky Derby themed Annual Spring Luncheon on Wednesday, May 6 at the Courtyard Marriott Grapevine, 2200 Bass Pro Court in Grapevine.

A wonderful Spring menu is planned featuring spring salad with raspberry vinaigrette, bourbon chicken served with asparagus and sweet potato mash. Finishing this lovely meal will be a whiskey mixed berry cobbler with whip cream garnish.

For those who wish to have a gluten/dairy free, vegan & vegetarian lunch, specialty plates are available with eggplant rolotini, asparagus and sweet potato mash. Special dietary requests may be made by emailing coppellwomensclub@gmail.com by April 30.

Participate in an optional Kentucky Derby hat or costume contest; prizes will be awarded.
