In 2007-2008 a group of Coppell residents, business members and civic leaders worked together to define the 2030 Vision for their community. Thisvision wasdeveloped to "ensure that the high standard of living present in Coppell today will be maintained tomorrow in this growing community and in our changing world”. The vision team also created the slogan “Building a Family Community for a Lifetime”.
On Wednesday, October 7, Coppell Mayor Karen Hunt will share her insights on how she, the City Council, and the City Administration can preserve the concept of a Family Community for a Lifetime, with Coppell Women’s Club members.
The club's October meeting will be held at NorthLake Community College, 101 S. Royal Lane, Coppell. Social time/networking begins at 9:30 AM with the formal meeting start at 10:00.
