Do you love fall? Are you interested in learning something new about nature? We at the Biodiversity Education Center in Coppell Nature Park, are excited to announce that we, along with Keep Coppell Beautiful and the Friends of Coppell Nature Park, are hosting a Fall Frolic festival Saturday, October 7, 11am-1pm! This festival is a celebration of the fall season and a continuation of our annual Arbor Day commemoration. There will be Master Naturalist-led hikes, scavenger hunts, kid's crafts, games and more! We will be looking at animal artifacts, learning about native ecosystems, planting seeds and exploring our trails.
Joining us are the Boxcar Bandits to provide live bluegrass music, delicious food from La Botana Food Truck and back by popular demand is the Bug Booth bringing live specimens for us to observe. We are looking forward to seeing you there! For questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 972-304-3581. Or for more information visit our website: coppelltx.gov/bec
