Coppell, Texas — [September 27, 2023] — October will mark the sixteenth year anniversary for Coppell based fitness company, Get You In Shape.  In 2007, the Get You In Shape Coppell Fitness Program started with just 5 clients and has since been able to help over 5,000 participants look, feel and perform better, making it the number one transformation group fitness program in Coppell.  To mark the 16th Anniversary, Get You In Shape will be celebrating by hosting a Scavenger Hunt Workout, on Saturday, October 7th at 8:00am at Andy Brown Park East.
