Congratulations to the Cowboys' Soccer Teams in their undefeated showcase performances January 9-11.  The Varsity team went undefeated at the Klein Showcase in Houston. Austin Michaelis was player of the game for his hat trick against Westlake where the Cowboys won 3-1. Justin Todd was player of the game against Strake Jesuit for scoring two of their 5 goals for the shutout win. Nick Price, Chris Madden and Colten Clark scored the other three goals. Clark also scored the only goal against Katy Seven Lakes for the 1-1 tie.

Both JV teams won all of their six games at the RL Turner Lions JV Showcase in Farmers Branch January 9-11 where the two Cowboys' teams scored a combined 26 goals to their opponents 3 goals.

The Varsity team will be competing at the Montverde Academy Soccer Tournament in Orlando, Fla., January 16-18 where they will compete against teams from all over the country. They won their first game on Thursday, January 16th against Auburndale (Florida) High School 5-0. Justin Todd and Drew Brinda each scored 2 goals and Austin Michaelis had one. Way to go Cowboys!

The JV teams will play at home on Tuesday, January 21 against Dallas Hillcrest Varsity and JV. The Varsity team will be back at home on Friday, January 24 where all three teams will face McKinney Boyd High School.  Come out and cheer on your Cowboys!
