Troop 840 Boy Scouts load bags of mulch for delivery to area residents.

Springtime is almost here, and Boy Scout Troop 840's Annual Mulch Sale is currently underway, with homeowners in mind. The troop is selling premium quality Texas-sourced products from Living Earth Technology, with four different types of mulch, including hardwood bark, cedar, red colored and black colored.

The mulch comes in two-cubic foot bags and is competitively priced at $5 per bag, which includes free delivery by the scouts within the Coppell and Valley Ranch area. Scouts are also prepared to spread the mulch at the customer's request for only $2.50 per bag.

Proceeds from the sale will help individual scouts earn their own way to summer camp and monthly campouts, as well as fund Eagle projects.

To purchase mulch, contact any Troop 840 scout or send an email to mulch@troop840.org by Friday, March 13th.

Troop 840 meets weekly at Valley Ranch Baptist Church.
