The William T. Cozby Public Library Board will meet Thursday, October 11 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the library, located at 177 N. Heartz Road.

• A library director's report on workload indicators and programs.
• A discussion of the five year budget plan.
• A report from the youth advisor.
