RKM Utility Services will begin work on the reconstruction of underground utilities, street and sidewalks on Willow Springs Drive the week of October 8th.  One-way traffic from Woodhurst northeast to Sandy Knoll will go into effect on or after October 15th. 

Reconstruction of Willow Springs Drive is funded by the one-quarter cent sales tax street maintenance initiative.
