The 30th annual Lariette Spaghetti Dinner, Raffle and Silent Auction sponsored by the Coppell Lariette varsity drill team will be held from 5 to 7 pm on Friday, September 6, at Coppell High School in the Commons before the first home football game. The Coppell Cowboys will face off against LD Bell High School.

“This is the primary fundraiser for the Lariettes,” said Hayley Mitchell, Lariette Director. “We also host a Junior Clinic and Showoffs, but this is the biggest event for the year.  We are grateful for the support we receive each year from family, friends, and the community.”

The monies earned by the dinner will go to fund all the Lariette activities throughout the year including costumes, choreography, and competition fees.

Tickets for the event are $10 for the adult dinner and $5 for children ages 3 to 12. Dinner is provided by Morris Salerno of Bistecca in Highland Village and includes spaghetti, bread, salad and a drink. Dessert is available for an additional fee from the bake sale.

“The Lariettes are so grateful to Morris for his generous contribution to the Spaghetti Dinner for the past 29 years,” said Dena Light, LSO President. “His commitment as a sponsor is one of the big reasons this event is such a success.”

In addition to the dinner, there will be an online auction, silent auction, and raffle. The online auction will run from August 19 – 27 at www.chslariettes.com. Hundreds of items will be available for bidding with the online auction and live Silent Auction during the Spaghetti Dinner. Some highlights this year include a one-weekend night stay and breakfast at the Renaissance Hotel, One Year fitness membership, entertainment and sporting event tickets, home décor, dining and entertainment gift cards, designer accessories, and much more. Winning online bidders can pay via credit card online. Winning bidders the night of the dinner can pay for their silent auction purchases with cash, check, MasterCard or Visa after the auction ends or Saturday morning following the dinner.

The raffle tickets are $5 and $1 and items include a Sony PlayStation4, golf outings, diamond earrings, a gas-powered scooter, Apple airpods, Ring doorbell, inflatable movie screen, spa packages, and more.  Tickets are available from any Lariette drill team member.
