At the April 30th Texas Relays in Austin, Coppell Senior Sarah Agnew competed in the Pole Vault event. Seven CHS track athletes qualified for the elite track meet held at UT’s Mike A. Myers Stadium.

On March 29-30, seven CHS track athletes competed in the Texas Relays in Austin, Texas. Top high school and college athletes from across the country qualified to compete in the elite multi-day track meet held at Mike A. Myers Stadium on the University of Texas campus.

In Friday night action, Coppell Cowgirl Cassidy Pickrell cleared 5’2.50”, earning a nine-way tie for 10th Place in the High Jump. Later on Friday night, the Distance Medley Relay team of Shane Murray (1200m), Darian Lowe (400m), Clayton Hemphill (800m) and Carson Vickroy (1600m) finished in 21st Place.

On Saturday morning, Carson Vickroy crossed the 3200 Meter Run finish line in 20th Place. In Saturday Field Events, Sarah Agnew placed 19th in Section B Pole Vault, while Marcus Mitchell placed 16th in Triple Jump.

Congratulations to all seven CHS athletes for qualifying to represent Coppell at this highly competitive meet.
