The Coppell Women’s Club will hold their final general meeting of the year on April 3 at North Lake College Coppell North Campus. The program will feature registered dietitian Maren Wolff, who will speak on “Navigating the Grocery Aisles for Great Nutrition.”

Ms. Wolff, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Iowa State University and a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition, recently addressed the club’s Healthy Living special interest group. Ms. Wolff walked members through Kroger, pointing out smart food choices and ways to bring variety into your daily diet.

In addition to Ms. Wolff’s presentation, which will also involve a question and answer segment to address members’ concerns about a healthy diet for themselves and their families, the club membership will vote on the new executive board for the upcoming year.

Members will have an opportunity to purchase tickets to the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party May luncheon, to be held May 8 at Brookhaven Country Club. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. for social time, and the program will begin promptly at 10 a.m.
