New Tech High @ Coppell is now registering teams for the second annual “The @ Battle” dodgeball tournament to be held on Saturday, November 10 at Coppell Middle School North. Proceeds from the tournament will support Project Graduation for the New Tech High graduating classes of 2013 and 2014.

Rohit Agarwal, a member of a winning team from last year’s tournament, says that the tournament is “a blast” and that he and his team “can’t wait to defend their title.”

The tournament is open to all students in grades four through twelve. Co-ed teams of six players each will be grouped by age. There will also be an adult division. The registration fee is $15 per player, which includes a tournament t-shirt. Lifelines, which allow a player to return to the game after they would otherwise be out, will be sold at the tournament. Teams that register before November 2 will receive a free lifeline for each team member.
