Two sweet little old ladies think they’re doing mercy work when they poison lonely older men who come to rent a spare room in their house. They even have a special recipe that requires arsenic and just a touch of cyanide in their elderberry wine. Meanwhile, their brother who thinks he is Teddy Roosevelt and their nephew who discovers their charitable hobby must contend with the arrival of another brother, who just happens to look like Boris Karloff.
