The Coppell Fire Department will host a Fire Truck Pull benefiting Relay For Life on Friday, March 22 at noon in the parking lot of Wagon Wheel Park, located at 345 Freeport Parkway.

Community and corporate teams are invited to battle for the strongest as they pull a 55,000-pound fire truck to raise money for Relay for Life, supporting the American Cancer Society. The teams with the Fastest Team Pull and Most Money Raised will be named the 2013 Fire Truck Pull Challenge Champions!

Teams are invited to bring a sack lunch and a cheering section, mix and mingle with other teams/corporations and join the fun.

Entry fee is $10 per person with a maximum of 10 people on a team. Attendees can make checks out to the American Cancer Society. The “pull” is 75 feet in length. To register, each team must complete a registration form that can be found on the City’s website at www.coppelltx.gov. Registration deadline is Friday, March 15 at 5 p.m. To enroll your team or learn more, contact Fire Administrative Services Manager, Nikki Moore at 972-304-3504 or email fire@coppelltx.gov.
