“I am so proud of how hard these young men have worked this year.  The success we are having is a direct result of the work they’ve put in.  Just like with the boys, many of the girls had PRs.  I love seeing the girls have success because I know how hard they have been working as well,” said Head Coach Landon Wren.  Coach Wren is excited for the team to move into the championship season portion of the cross country season.  He notes that many athletes on both the Girls’ and Boys’ teams are running well at the right time.  Saturday, October 15 Coppell will compete in the District 6-6A Championship at North Lakes Park in Denton.  The District Championship is the conclusion of the JV Cross Country season.  The top three Varsity Cross Country teams, as well as, the top ten individuals in District 6 will qualify to compete in the Region 1-6A Championship in Lubbock.
