The PTSO Board at New Tech High School @ Coppell provides the following statement about issues initially raised during the CISD School Board workshop on December 7, 2020, relative to the District's budget shortfall.  One of the items discussed was the possible closure of our campus.

NTH@C is a unique high school that offers learners a compelling alternative to the traditional high school experience.  Learners are encouraged to think creatively and challenge themselves beyond traditional learning methods.  Facilitators, administrators, and staff at NTH@C create a vibrant and positive learning environment. 
 
While we are saddened and concerned that our campus is under consideration for closure, we choose to meet this challenge by highlighting the value our campus brings to our district and our community.  Our school has been a compelling choice for Coppell families for over a decade, and we intend to work in a positive and productive way to save our school. 
 
We welcome your participation in our efforts in the following specific ways:
 
1.  Share your personal New Tech story or experience by emailing CISD directly at input@coppellisd.com.  If you are comfortable sharing your email with us, please also send a copy to nthcptso@gmail.com; and/or
2.  Encourage community members with an interest in saving our school to offer their thoughts at  input@coppellisd.com and if possible, send a copy to nthcptso@gmail.comand/or 
3.  If you have a personal or professional skill or experience that would assist our efforts, we would love to hear from you.  Please email nthcptso@gmail.com.
