Old Town Art Splash is an outdoor sculpture exhibition in Old Town Coppell. In an effort to make public art accessible to the residents of Coppell and surrounding cities, the Coppell Arts Council has collaborated with the City of Coppell to install 11 sculptures around the Old Town district and the Coppell Senior and Community Center grounds.
To help promote this sculpture exhibit within the community, the Arts Council will host the Old Town Art Stroll on Saturday, April 8 from 6:00-9:00pm. In addition to raising awareness of the Arts within the community, the Art Stroll is also a fundraiser for the Coppell Arts Council. General admission and VIP tickets for the event are available at www.OldTownArtSplash.com. and in person at the Coppell Farmer's Market on Saturday, March 25th. The Art Stroll will be a fun evening of food, drink, music and art, so buy your tickets today.
The Arts Council is aslo soliciting sponsorships for the individual sculptures. Frost Bank is the overall Exhibition Sponsor, and both Norwex USA and ETS have sponsored an individual sculpture, but additional sculptures are available for sponsorship. Any individual, business or organization can get more information about being a sponsor by sending an email to Ed@CoppellArtsCouncil.org or by visiting our web site at www.OldTownArtSplash.com.
The Old Town Art Splash is an exciting, first-of-its-kind art exhibit in Coppell that will provide a unique and aesthetic addition to our community. Please join us in celebrating this exhibit!
