Coppell is turning to its citizens for input about the possible redevelopment of Andrew Brown Parks East and West, which could happen in the future.

A focus group discussion about the parks will be hosted at 7:30 p.m. on June 28 at the Coppell Aquatic and Recreation Center.

"Interested citizens, adjacent neighborhoods, park patrons, and members of organized user groups are being asked to attend ... to gather feedback in order to propose a redevelopment design that meets the needs of the community at large," according to the City of Coppell.

The focus group meeting is being conducted by Dunaway and Associates, as is the design study, according to the City.

"Community input is a key component of this design study process," according to the City.
