HEAR YE, HEAR YE
COME ONE, COME ALL
THE MADRIGAL FEAST IS UPON US

The King and Queen of the Coppell High School (CHS) elite choir group, MADRIGALS, are extending an invitation for you to join them at their annual Feast complete with fanfare and entertainment.  This year’s Madrigal Feast will be on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21.  This Feast marks the 21st anniversary of the Madrigal singers’ production.

You will travel back to the medieval times through colorful costumes and period music.  The traditional carrying of the Boar’s head through the maze of spectators signals the bravery of the men in conquering the ferocious beast.  The Madrigal singers’ production, “Princess Grace of Knockerdown”, will be sure to have you laughing.  The dramedy has the King and Queen attempting to marry off Princess Grace, and all the folly that ensues.  As an invited guest of the King and Queen, you will be attended to by their best servers;

the CHS choir members and the CHS Red Jackets.  You will be presented with a bounty of plump roasted fowl, potatoes, bread, and a tempting dessert.  It’s a meal fit for a King and Queen.

The Madrigal Feast takes places in the Coppell High School cafeteria with the seating starting at 6:30pm and the Feast beginning at 7:00pm.  Tickets may be purchased on line at www.coppellchoir.com/tickets at a cost of $25 student/child/senior citizen, $30 adults, and $10 tickets are available in the Gallery where a dessert and drink will be served.  Upon accessing the website for tickets, you will be able to select your table of preference and your meal of choice – chicken or vegetarian.

Let the Feast begin with the hope that you can join the King and Queen for an evening of food and folly.
