Cinda and her Coppell team continue to fuel this extraordinary growth and community engagement that has led Keller Williams to outpace the industry.
Cinda began her career in Mortgage financing 25 years ago and dove-tailed that experience into a thriving real estate business and ultimately into leadership with Keller Williams. Under Cinda’s leadership as CEO, the Market Center has increased agent count by 39%, productivity 96% and tripled profitability by attracting great agents and utilizing the systems and models taught by Keller Williams to take the associates into greater individual production and profitability.
The world class live training, support and the implementation of a focused transition plan for agents at different stages of their careers has made the KW Coppell Market Center the destination of many new and experienced agents.
