Lariettes to Hold Junior Drill Team Clinic on October 17th

The Coppell Lariettes will hold their annual Junior Drill Team Clinic on Saturday, October 17th, for girls in grades K-8.

The event will be held at CMS East from 9:00am to 12:30pm.  Participants will spend a fun-filled morning learning new dance techniques and routines from the award-winning Lariettes.  They will also receive a t-shirt and pompoms, and perform their routines in front of family and friends at the end of the clinic.  The attendees will also join the Lariettes in pregame spirit line activities at the Coppell Cowboys’ football game against Trinity on October 23rd.  Following the clinic, the Lariettes invite all participants, their parents, and the community to join them for lunch at Raising Cane’s, 720 Hebron Parkway (across from Target).   The Lariettes will receive 15% of the proceeds if you mention “Lariettes”.

Courtney Kline, senior Lariette and social officer, looks forward to the Junior Drill Team Clinic every year.  “I wanted to grow up to become a Lariette as a little girl, so the clinic is an amazing opportunity for me to show young girls in my community that any goal is attainable if you love what you do and are willing to work hard at it!”

Register in advance by October 13th for $40 or pay $45 at the door.  Registration forms can be found at http://www.chslariettes.com.  For additional information contact Bunny Hymer at bunnyhymer@gmail.com or 972-462-8172.
