Fifteen Vehicles Burglarized on Monday in Coppell

The Coppell Police Department is currently investigating 15 vehicle burglaries that occurred in the city on one night this week.

The vehicles, which were parked on streets in residential subdivisions, were broken into between the late night of April 29 and early morning of April 30 in Coppell.

The subdivisions where the burglaries occurred were Channel Pointe, The Meadows 4, Pecan Valley, River Ridge, Riverchase Estates, Sherwood Park 1 & 2, Villages of Coppell, The Waterford and Woodridge 2, according to a news release from the Coppell Police Department.

Items that were stolen from the vehicles include credit cards and electronics.

To gain access to the vehicles, the burglars broke windows and punched door locks. Also, several of the vehicles were unlocked at the time of the incidents.
