With the first week of the new school year underway, the Coppell Independent School District is continuing to grow in terms of student enrollment. Early numbers show CISD is up by 252 students (since the last day of school in June 2013) increasing the total student population to 11,336. Enrollment has declined at four of the 14 campuses, increased at seven schools (CHS is experiencing the most growth with 192 additional learners), and thus far, three schools have remained flat.
