The Coppell City Council is turning to the public for input about issues affecting the community.
A Citizen Summit will be hosted by the city council at 6 p.m. Aug. 1 in the Town Center at 255 Parkway Blvd.
The summit will begin with a presentation about city tax initiatives for crime control and street maintenance. Afterward, attendees will be assigned to a focus group led by city officials to discuss a topic affecting the city.
