Coppell teenagers are invited to play games, watch movies and stay up all night while having fun with friends at a local library this weekend.

The William T. Cozby Public Library is hosting its very first Teen Lock-In event starting at 7 p.m. Friday and ending at 7 a.m. Saturday.

All students entering sixth through twelfth grade are welcome to attend the event, which will have crafts, games, snacks and prizes for all of the participants. There will also be a movie marathon, and attendees are encouraged to bring a sleeping bag. (Though, sleeping is purely optional.)

Students need to fill out a permission form to attend, which was due by July 31, but anyone interested in finding out more information can call (972) 304-3658, email library@coppelltx.gov, or stop by the Information Desk at the library.
