 ers volunteered over 2\,000 hours and gave over $19\,000 to our community.
    \nOur next regular meeting will be Thursday\, February 17 at Valley Ran
 ch Baptist church (1501 Beltline Road).  Lunch will be served at 11:30 and
  the meeting begins at noon.   \nOur speaker this month will be a family n
 urse practitioner from Lifestream Health Centre and Med Spa  who will disc
 uss supplements for brain and body health.  \nWe hope to see you on Thursd
